Q: What should we wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing. There are no strenuous hikes so shoes or sandals are fine.
Q: Are there places to change after swimming?
A: Yes, there are restrooms at both swimming locations.
Q: What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A: To receive a full refund, please cancel 48 hours before pickup time. No-shows will not be refunded.
Q: Do you offer private tours?
A: Yes, our private tours . Guests can book an exclusive tour limited to only their family and friends. Please call 808-269-1261 or 808-866-0946 to book.
Q: What meals are included on the tour?
A: We offer a choice of sub/deli sandwiches (made fresh daily), veggie wraps or Caesar salads. Snacks, water and soft drinks are also included and available on tour throughout the day.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A. We have no host breakfast, but we do make a stop for those that would like to purchase coffee and breakfast.
Q: How many passengers does your van carry?
A: We have 9 to 14 passanger vans
Q: My hotel/resort is not in the list of pickup locations? Where do we meet?
A: To complete booking, select any hotel and note the name or address of where you are staying in the comments section. We will notify you prior to your tour date if a pickup can be arranged, otherwise our meeting point will be in Kahului.
