What are the road conditions like on the Road to Hāna?There are over 600 curves and 50+ one-lane bridges, so it can be a bit of an adventure! There are windy turns, narrow one-lane bridges, and some bumpy sections especially as you get farther out toward East Maui, but don’t worry, we do all the driving for you.

Are there places to change before and after swimming?There are restrooms at both swimming locations.

What should we wear?Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, and come swim-ready by wearing your swimsuit under a cover-up. There are restrooms at both swimming locations, but there may be a line, so being prepared means more time to enjoy the water.

Is breakfast included?We recommend having a light breakfast before the tour. While we don’t provide breakfast, we do make a stop where you can purchase coffee and breakfast items if you’d like.

What meals are included on the tour?We offer a selection of sub sandwiches, veggie wraps, or Caesar salads for lunch, with chips and bottled water available throughout the day during your tour. Lunch selections will be requested one day prior to your tour. If you have any questions or dietary preferences, feel free to email us. **Lunches will default to turkey sandwiches if we don't hear from you the evening before. **

Do you offer private tours?Yes, we do offer private tours. This means your group will have exclusive use of the vehicle. Please note that while the tour is private, it is not a custom tour, the route and main stops are pre-planned. You’re welcome to adjust the time spent at each stop, as long as it fits within the overall tour schedule. If you have additional stops in mind, they must be requested ahead of time and approved prior to your tour date, as some locations are not permitted and cannot be included. How many passengers does your van carry?Our vans seat 9 to 14 passengers, but we limit each van to a maximum of 12 guests to ensure a comfortable ride.

Do you provide car seats?Children's car seats and booster seats are available upon request at no additional cost, though you are welcome to bring your own. In compliance with Hawaii state law, children from 0 to 4 years old must use a car seat, while those from 5 to 10 years old must use a booster seat, unless they are already 4 feet 10 inches tall.

My hotel/resort is not in the list of pickup locations? How can I complete my reservation?To finalize your booking, please indicate the name and address of your lodging in the comments section and select a nearby hotel. We will confirm if a pickup can be arranged before your tour date, if we do not receive a confirmation from you, you will need to meet at our designated meeting spot in Kahului.

We arrive to Maui on a cruise ship. Can we do an excursion from there?Yes, we offer pickup and return services at Kahului Harbor and will coordinate arrangements to accommodate your arrival and departure times.

What is the pick-up schedule?Listed below are estimated pick-up and drop-off times. As a disclaimer, there are many factors and variables that determine the times of arrival and drop offs. The early start time allows us to get ahead of the crowd so you can enjoy the stops that we make with as few people as possible. We will contact you the day before your tour to confirm your exact pickup time.
